The episode is called How I Spent My Strummer Vacation it is episode 2 of season 14.

The synopsis of the episode is:When Homer is secretly videotaped complaining about his family in a taxi, they send him off to a rock and roll fantasy camp so he can try to live his dream.

On this fantasy camp Brian is one of the teachers.
