The Stray Cats perform on the first day of the US Festival, this Saturday was the so-called New Wave day. Other artists on this day were:

The following day was the Heavy Metal Day, the Monday was Rock Day. The festival ran for three days, although a fourth day (Country Day) was later added. The festival was funded by Steve Wozniak (from Apple computers). The massive multi-day concert was aired on MTV.
