Worldwide release of the Runaway Boys the anthology

It was mastered at half speed and contains a booklet with photo's and an interview with Brian Setzer.
The first 200 releases of the Deluxe Box set were issued with a free signed art print. Before release the advertisement never said who it was signed by. Upon release it was clear that it was signed by Dennis Cockell.
